The canoe enabled the Indians to open up the interior of North America. Then came the European adventurers, traders and voyageurs, the surveyors of railway construction, the loggers and eventually, people who were keen to find their way back to nature.

The guests of the ranch can use canoes and life jackets free of charge. The wearing of life jackets is mandatory.
